Sally Dainter's Road Traffic Accident Claim

Sally Dainter was travelling as a passenger on the upper deck of a double-decker bus in the Great Barr area of north Birmingham.

Without warning, a car driven by the defendant pulled out in front of the bus, giving no chance to avoid a collision, and causing a road traffic accident. Following the impact the driver of the car fled the scene. He was later apprehended by the police.
