Feedback

At the end of each claim, I always send my clients a feedback questionnaire, to assess the service provided.

I ask my clients the following questions:

  • How approachable and friendly was the service?
  • How well were you kept informed?
  • How competent did you feel the service was?
  • How concerned was the firm about your case?
  • How well was the legal advice explained?
  • Any other comments.
